Room was good. Beds are comfy. The place is pet friendly although it made the prices a lot higher. The place was within reasonable distance from stores and whatnot. My only complaint was that there's roaches. I brought it up to one of the workers.

People at the front desk didn't know how to do things when the reservation was made online. Our microwave didn't work, stove didn't work, certain light fixtures didn't even have light bulbs to work. Switch to turn on room lights didn't even work. When we ran out of toilet paper the front desk told us they didn't have any to give because they ran out, and we'd have to go to the store for it. At least only 1 roach was spotted but it stunk in the room like trying to mask odor. It was convenient to get to and the blacked out curtains worked but that's about it. Out of all the hotels we were looking at, this was the only one that didn't have roach reviews, which was good, but it seemed people lived there instead of hotel stay.

As listed, this tamarack commercial location supposed to be a 24Hrs no one in the office to help the guest and if someone is in the lobby office, they always tell the security guard that they are not servicing nobody at the moment, and I’m sure that they are sitting in the back doing nothing at all One morning around 2 AM my room keys stopped working and I didn’t have no one to assist me for that Is poor customer service very poor extended stay Fort Lauderdale tamarack needs to do better on Customer Service Guest relations it should always be someone in the lobby to assist the customers I called the phone at least 12 times. No answers. I called guest relations. They told me to call somebody in the lobby Press four then press zero if four doesn’t work still no help I’ve been sitting out in the freezing cold For three hours And that sucks to pay money somewhere that has no good customer service

I stayed here several days ago in a room in the front, and everything was impeccable from the room to the service. However, this time I was put in a room in the rear which was not on the same level as my first room. As I entered the TV was turned on already to a soap opera playing, there was a butt mark on the bed, and the room smelled like smoke. There were over cube trays in the freezer that I didn't rent. When I went to take a shower and the poorly repaired bathtub, I realized that I didn't even have a washcloth. Since it was just one night and I was absolutely exhausted I just dealt with it. I do thank the manager for letting me in my room an hour early due to medical problems with my asthma - but I could have done without the attitude about it.

I never stayed at an extended stay hotel but this hotel is need some work. The employees are nice but we had to get an handicapped room which wasn’t so bad, except for the blond hair in the shower. Plus the room was non smoking so why were there cigarettes burns on the comforter. I tried to call the front desk but the phone wasn’t working, so I had to walk to the lobby. I asked for another comforter but he said he didn’t have anymore and gave me another sheet. I didn’t know they didn’t have any ice machine or a pool. Never had a hotel that didn’t have a pool so this was very upsetting. When it was time for us to check out, we couldn’t leave because someone got shot and the police wouldn’t let anyone leave. So I ended up been late for work, wow. One thing I did love was the amount of washing machines and dryer they had.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
