This is not the hotel I thought it would be. My daughter is in St. Luke Baylor Hospital and she had to stay overnight. The hospital gave us the name and address of this hotel and said they give discounts to patients. We called, and was told the original price for a suit was 175, but they would give it to us for 65. The room came to $75.00 and some change. I When I walked into the room, I felt dirty. The washer and refrigerator had rust and broken parts. The shower room was dark and yucky feeling. I would not shower there. The remote had batteries falling out. I had planned to order out, but I couldn't imagine eating fresh food in the room. I brought the remote to the front desk while leaving for dinner. When I asked about the internet she said it was still down. Another customer walked up behind me and said: oh no...it's still down? ...so, no free internet tonight. The sweet desk clerk offered to tape the broken remote. And truly, she was a sweet young girl. Unfortunately, working in a less than 2 star hotel. One more thing ... the 65/75 dollar discounted room is advertised on their website for $ 50.00. Imagine that!

We had hair shavings in our sink when we checked in. I did get additional towels that I had to pick up at the front desk. No breakfast, not even coffee available. No housekeeping. We did request dish setups our first night which were delivered. Next night dirty dishes were still there. No glasses of any kind, we used coffee cups from the dish setups to brush our teeth. They are in a dark area and hard to find, harder because they don't light their sign at night. Really priced gouged since they were the only place available that side of town. We were there because nothing else was available went in with low expectations. They weren't low enough.

Check in wad smooth, but there was no single cookware, no cutlery, no cups or coffee maker in the room. I called the lobby to request it, and the gentleman asked for 30 minutes, but for the three nights I was there, nothing happened. I was so thirsty in the middle of the night, having arrived late, but the dispenser was out of order. I requested drinking water from the front desk, but the guy simply told me there was a gas station where I could walk to after notifying him that the dispenser was bad to purchase. I got this impression that once you've paid and have your keys, your comfort or needs couldn't be their business. The room was clean but empty. The bathroom had enough towels, and one tiny face soap was all I had for the entire stay. My advice would be to go there with all your needs, including coffeemaker, cooking and eating wares if you intend to stay long. You only have the bed, stove, fridge, and microwave. Don't expect anything else unless I was treated differently 🤷‍♀️

I wouldn't definitely recommend anyone that has short or long term stay to visit this location. The manager here is Abraham, very friendly always willing to talk with guests to reassure them that their stay and ALL our needs are met. A very well organized staff that are professional, Courteous full of smiles and willing to assist guest whether you're coming in or leaving. I just love being here and give a 5 star rating for Abraham and his staff

This is a bargain hotel, although well located to restaurants like Goode Company. There was no breakfast as advertised. There were not enough power outlets to charge phones, and the ones that are there dont work. The carpet and bedspreads were worn and the elevator was rickety. One window in the room wouldn't lock. There were minimal toiletries - no conditioner or lotion and the bath soap was broken in half. The hallways smelled of smoke.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
