        I came here due to having to have public access to the bus line. My sister and her fiance stay here. We have 2 service dogs and was told that they wouldn't accept their paperwork and refused to do anything about it. They are charging us for service dogs which is illegal and also they allow drug dealers here all day and night. The desk general manager and assistant general manager decided that our service dogs weren't qualified even with proper documents. The hallways always stink and the assistant general manager decided to lock us out of our room over a few bucks. The assistant general manager also threatened us with the seal team even though we stay to ourselves. We have people above us that stomp all night long. Our window is broken and has been broken since we got here and they have yet to fix it. They even told my sister that her seizure dog doesn't look like one. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. We also talked to others and they said that their service animal was supposedly not approved. They even said that it was up to them on the service animals, on which ones they approve and don't approve. This is ridiculous. I say zero stars. The assistant general manager made it a point to leave when he did this and then come back after we paid. There is no communication between any of the staff. The entrance way to the lobby is always dirty. The hallways always stink.

        It was not what I thought it would be staying at this location. First the elevater was not working my entire stay. The horrible smell through the hallways. The worst part is the freaking roaches! Roach infested! The hanging out in front of the hotel at all times of the day and night. Them having the nerves to have a policy for the guest company to check in only with the guest. This one location makes the entire brand look awful and pathetic. Never again!

        Very unclean. Awful smell in the hallways, elevator, and room. Roaches in the room. Internet connection is very slow, and drops fairly frequently. Room AC air filter seemingly hasn’t been changed in several years - it’s kicking out a huge amount of dust every time it turns on. Trash room on the third floor is overflowing. “Free breakfast” is nothing more then granola bars and circle-k tier muffins - not even any fruit. Doesn’t match advertising. Bed is extremely uncomfortable. Overall an extremely poor experience. I don’t know if all ESA locations are like this, or other long-stay hotel chains, but this is very much not worth the amount paid.

        I STAYED HERE JUST CHECKED OUT AND THE GIRL NAME LEX ACCUSED ME OF SMOKING AND I DON'T SMOKE!!! THIS PLACE IS GREEDY FOR MONEY!! BESIDES THE ROACHES OMG THE ROACHES WILL CARRY U OUT THE DOOR!!! NINA AND THE OTHER FRONT DESK WAS OK BUT THIS YOUNG LADY IS VERY RUDE AND AGAIN I DO NOT SMOKE!! THE ROOM REEKED OF SMOKE AND CAT PISS FROM DAY ONE!!!

        Like so many others on here have said, you get what you pay for. I only stayed one night and the room was clean, the front desk agent was very polite and friendly but the hotel grounds are deplorable. The people above me on the 3rd floor were walking hard, damn near stomping all night so I barely got any sleep. They do have a serious roach problem. I saw them mainly in the bathroom and kitchen area. Luckily I didn't see any bedbugs. Thank God! People hanging out in the parking lot in their cars and the homeless walking around all hours of the night, etc. I could go on. Overall I'm grateful because it was convenient, the room and bedding was cozy besides the roaches, the AC/heater did work and the price was good considering the Houston Livestock show and Rodeo is in town and damn near all the hotels here are price gouging right now and inflation is rampant so overall I'll give it a 2 1/2 rating

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
