We didn't like it at all. The pictures speak for themselves. We slept in our clothes because the couch bed didn't have covers and we came in so late, there was no one to assist us at the front desk. I gave the service 4 stars though because they did refund us our money.

Service was fine except no one is working the desk after 11pm. The room was disgusting. The bathroom had not been cleaned well, the tub was dirty, the toilet didn't flush right, the lights either didn't work or were really finicky. The chairs they provide were sticky and disgusting. Cannot recommend at all unless you're okay staying in filth. The linens were FINE but the beds were very uncomfortable. Avoid. Update: after reading the response from management I would like to state that their front lobby is close at 11pm with an emergency number to call. There is no one working the lobby from 11pm to 6am and having to call a number is unacceptable if there's a real problem. "24/7" is a loose definition when you have to call someone for service readily offered at other hotel/motels

I have never ever been to a hotel room that was this filthy. I needed a place to stay with my son and my Yorkie for a week. I could not get past the squalor and checked out the next day. The staff on the one hand was great and when the phone in the room did not work they immediately replaced it. Otherwise, I really recommend they either renovate the rooms or have a sanitizing company come and sanitize the rooms.

I booked a room for an extended stay. I decided to extend for a few more days because of my work. I explained to the people at the front desk the day before that I would be extending. Apparently there was miscommunication regarding my stay, and when I arrived from work the employee , Diane was yelling at me and my wife in the front of our children. I ask her if she could not do that outside where everyone could hear and she told me that I was trespassing on the property. I explained to her that I booked my next day online and tried to show it to her, she refused to acknowledge it, and told me to get out of HER hotel. I rebooked another stay for my work for another reservation a week later for 60 days and when I called to confirm my reservation, I was told by the lady at the front desk that my reservation had been canceled by Diane. I Expressed my discontentment that someone would cancel my reservation without my authorization or my knowledge so I complained to guest relations, unfortunately Diane works at the Valley-view location. She is very unprofessional. I am just thankful that I called ahead of time to check on my reservation because otherwise I never would have known that she canceled it two hours after I made the reservation. I made my reservation through the online booking. Diane, (She) harbors personal grudges against customers. She said she is a MANAGER but acts unprofessionally. She CANCELED my reservation 2HOURS AFTER I BOOKED IT! ( PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RESERVATION IF YOU STAY AT THIS LOCATION
