I suppose you get what you pay for. The rooms are in need of renovation. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. The tub (though clean) has worn down to reveal streaks. The carpet was old. The bathtub area was so dim it was hard to see. The sink faucet was corroded. That was all the negative, however the staff were off the chart kind, professional, and friendly. The location is great. This place would be great if they just did some much needed routine maintenance or a renovation.

The hallways reek of smoke, air freshener, and weed. The “continental breakfast” is granola bars and pre-packaged muffins. During the first night there was a loud party in the courtyard until 11pm. One night there was no hot water for the shower in multiple rooms. The rooms are in various states of disrepair. Paint peeling, pieces of stuff on the floors, the carpets are filthy, and there are various things that are sticky. The bed was very lumpy however no bed bugs! The front staff are very nice! That is the only thing that has saved this place from getting one star from me. For the price of this place, you would be better off going somewhere else.

Gloria is amazing! Her energy and happiness exuded through in our conversation. She made our stay very much enjoyable! I would go back to an extended stay because of people like her!

This is going to be harsh but here it is... Killed 5 cockroaches the first morning. There was black mold in several locations. The shower/tub was stained and had hair all over it including some stuck to the shower head. The shower head had a ton of the holes clogged preventing an even water flow (also made me wonder what nasty stuff was inside of it). The humidity filled the entire hotel due to poor ac. The hallways and stairwells smelled and were incredibly dirty with stuck on and loose dirt, mold, and garbage. The least of my worries but a king sized bed should have king sized pillows vs small square ones. The flooring is peeling up in several places. The paper thin walls not only let you hear nearby conversations but also vomiting and dry heaving all through the night. The door to the room didn't fully seal to where the whole bottom half let in light from the hallway. There are people laying down in random corners of the hallways. There was a kid riding their bike in the hallway (3rd floor). The trash room was disgusting with walls and floors covered in residue. I will never stay at any extended stay hotel again, even if it was free.
