So we paid $120/night for 4 nights in a row...Then when we went to extend through the weekend they told us that they were completely booked because of the Steelers game intown BUT we could stay for $600 a night!! How can you be completely booked but still have a room for me; if I pay a crazy amount of money!? I was so upset I cried my eyes out because I felt like they either A) wanted us out of there or B) got the impression we were rich or something. They have a contract with Allegheny Link who helps put homeless people with kids in a hotel until shelter space opens up..that's great and all except alot of these kids are left to their own devices running around, throwing balls around cars (my car was hit twice by a thrown football), and racing one of the 20+ shopping carts piled up on the property around the parking lot. They only empty the trash once a day so by evening the trash rooms you walk through to get outside are piled up with overflowing garbage and fruit flys everywhere! The entire place shares one vacuum so you better be quick to the draw if you want to vacuum your floors. The vending machines NEVER work and if you complain about them eating your money they tell you to call the number on the machine. I've been told that every other extended stay America in Pittsburgh is 10x nicer than the Robinson one so I don't speak for them. I STILL cannot believe they actually said $600 a night..when all the hotels around were already booked too ..I'm not a big football follower so I would have been on it had I known but I didn't. We ended up sleeping in our car all weekend...THANKS for nothing Extended Stay Robinson!! 😔

I stayed here at this hotel for 2 weeks. I must say it was an amazing visit. It started off rocky but Tonya the manager made it perfect. Anything I needed or wanted she made happen. Anything wrong or broke she fixed without any questions!! I watched her run this hotel by herself and I must say I am amazed at her will and strength to push thru!! Thank you Toya for making my visit the best !!

I was shocked at this hotel. I stay places often and am from this area originally so I’m familiar when I stay here. I really thought anything in Robinson area couldn’t be half bad. I paid $396 for 2 nights here( so most people have some expectation) at bare minimum the outside doors should lock, they are open all day and night . Very loud tvs people running the halls.. seems like a party hotel. Nothing against staff but this place need’s attention- especially the smell which I’m guessing is the all around carpet and all these pets here. It’s not a place to bring children and feel safe and secure. Seems like a party hotel

Terrible. Workers were shady, place is shady and we had to wait a very long time with many others, there was a new excuse for everyone’s rooms not being ready. They needed everyone’s ID in my room which we thought was suspicious. Many people were walking around complaining, it was not a good experience. Rooms weren’t bad but it felt musty because the smell and certain spots on the walls looked unclean.

Convenient to the airport. Staff is helpful enough. Place is old. The carpet should be replaced. Badly needs redecorating in updated colors - the dark colors are not inviting at all. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fire/smoke alarm went off at 3am this morning. Based on the slow response of the police and fire departments (and no fire truck ever showed up), it seems likely the alarm goes off routinely. The night manager seemed unconcerned and no one made sure all guests evacuated the building - most did not. I am unlikely to stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
