        Good price with the promo code. The room had clean sheets and bedding but everything else was dirty. There was visible dirt and dust on the floor. There were crumbs and stains on the counter. There was toothpaste on the bathroom counter. Roaches were crawling all over the floor. We bought trash bags and bagged our belongings in them to make sure we didn’t bring any roaches home with us. We got to town and checked in late so unfortunately it wasn’t an option to change hotels at that time. If I could do this trip over again, I would not have stayed there. I would’ve opted for the slightly more expensive hotel options to feel more clean.

        I travel pretty much every weekend and this hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. We had a late check in and if it hadn’t been so late I would’ve gone somewhere else. We did not complete our stay and finished out our trip at a different hotel. Lobby, doors, elevator and rooms were very dirty. The elevator sounded and looked like it was about to fall apart and apparently had gotten stuck with 2 people in it prior to us checking out. The key card machine had been out of service the entire week and when we checked in the attendant said that he would have to let us in our room every time which made menu uncomfortable. The rooms was dirty. Lights didn’t work. Sink had grime in it and the bedding was questionable. When we went to check out early, the attendant would not provide me with a check out receipt since our stay hadn’t finished. I am now fighting to get my money back for at least the remainder of our stay. We booked a much nicer hotel for a 1/3 of the cost per night of this one. 0stars if possible and terrible customer service.

        This place is horribly ran. We came to check-in and there was no front desk person at all for 15 min. When they finally showed up they said it'll be an additional 30 min before they can finally give us our room before disappearing to somewhere else. Not the first time I've had issues here before. Previously the door keys didn't work, so whenever I wanted to leave and come back I had to get the front desk to open my room door. Let us not forget that room was full of cockaroaches. NO MORE WITH THE PLACE! DO NOT STAY HERE!

        This is the third time we have booked this place and each time we do, it just keeps getting worse and worse. This time there was no one in front desk not even on call, I arrived at 6:40pm and didn't get checked in till 8. Not only that I had to call 911 around 7:28pm because someone was trapped in the elevator for 20 minutes until I heard the person calling for help. Again called trough the hallway phone for the hotel and still no response. I finally got the room and then smoke alarm low battery was on tried to change to another room and they gave me another for a smaller bed and they said it will still be the same price even though the original room we booked was a bigger one. So I know it's not fair we paid for a higher price for smaller room. I tried calling guest relations all day but it keeps getting cut off. Never again returning.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
