        I cannot recommend to book this Hotel at all. They charged me with 50% prepayment and free cancellation option. I had to cancel it. This was end of August. 2,5 Month later still no refund. Unacceptable service and do not stick to the contract. If you book it make sure without prepayment. Do not trust the Hotel terms and conditions! Best regards Marco

        Probably the best hotel in playa del carmen. Our stay was amazing. Big rooms, big beds, amazing service. Would definitely stay here again. Only one cockroach encounter in the bedroom but i'll consider this bad luck. Everything was really clean.

        Do not book with this hotel. They will not provide refunds when bookings are cancelled within the promised free cancellation period. I have been waiting a number of months for my refund and have been forced to leave a review here as they will not engage or complete the refund as promised.

        The room we had was dated. It was okay for a single night stay but would not want to spend a week here. Location was great, quick walk from ADO bus station and 5th Ave. Lots of places to eat and have fun nearby.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
