I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fair House Villas & Spa Koh Samui, and it was an enchanting experience. The rooms (114) , complete with private Jacuzzis, offered breathtaking views that added an extra layer of tranquility to the stay. The beautiful pool area was a serene escape, perfect for relaxation. I am especially excited about the upcoming three days when I'll have the privilege of enjoying the private villa with its exclusive pool. This added feature promises to elevate the overall experience, making it a stay to remember. This hotel is nice hotel with a nice view and close to the beach that good for relaxing. Here staff very friendly, polite , respect. I really very appreciate staff here his name is Kong ; he really very nice person and always I saw him with nice smile and talk polite with respect and he so kind to take me very nice pharmacy that I need help in night time to bought medicine and he have service mind that I always see it. Really appreciate. And I very appreciate another staff also her name is SA ; she is really very good service and she is clam down person and do her job very well with her smile every time u saw her. She is the best staff in the restaurant in this hotel that have a good service. This hotel have a good service to send car pick you up from yr room and send you back to your room too. The hotel have nice service with many activities you will like to stay here when you need need holiday. 😊

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Food is good, but not as tasty as other Thai restaurants. Mostly quiet, but maybe a nearby outdoor local cinema? Everything is a taxi ride away or you will do “frog leap” for real. Unfortunately there’s hardly a beach here. Only when low tide with coarse sand. Mostly a stone wall to the ocean. Unclear water even when calm. Big minus for us.

I had a good stay at this hotel. Rooms was comfortable, large and cozy. Property for clean and large and with lots of trees. Pool is great. 1) Lower rating for the rooms are due to faulty safe box that needed to be repaired, power outage for about 30 min and WiFi wasn't working for almost a day. 2) Kudos for excellent service by two staffs, Aieng and Sara. They definitely made our stay better. Overall service was good and staff was friendly and helpful. The lifeguard was also nice and helpful (don't know his name). 3) Location isn't great. There was basically no beach during high tide. There are two roads headed to the property from the main road, and one of the is flooded at all times. Not so much of shopping or nice bars or restaurants in the vicinity. Even the nearest grocery store is about 1km away. Great place if you are looking to spend time in the hotel, not so great if you want to venture out.

I had a good memory of having the best honeymoon here. Even though my review is two months old, it's a place I want to go again. And all the staff were friendly. When using the market, it would be a good idea to use the motorcycle rental shop that is a 5-minute walk away. Thank you for letting me have a happy time

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
