Old building with elevator, spacious rooms, with a large bed, TV, air conditioning, I turned it on and it didn't heat anything, very close to the Termini station, neighborhood with a good atmosphere, with a mini refrigerator, Napoleon does not speak Spanish and he asked us something that we did not understand, when we arrived at the hotel at night we found the room unmade, we assumed that he was telling us that, although it is logical not to ask and directly ask them to leave the room clean, because as soon as you arrive They charged us 30 euros without warning.... Pay in advance because the minimum services should be there. The plugs are worth it

Overall good experience: clean and air-conditioned hotel, very well located, with a good welcome. However, some negative points: - very noisy: I had a room on the reception level and I could hear absolutely everything: check-in/out, discussions between the manager and the customers, customers coming and going, passage in the stairwell... and this, at any time. Note that 3 out of 16 rooms are on the hall level. - very hard mattress (I like it but it is good to point it out for those who don't like it). - sometimes bad smells in the bathroom (probably rising sewers) - check-in after 8 p.m. for a fee (20€)

Pleasant host and clean room. The bed was too short and narrow for a grown man. Cramped bathroom/shower. Missed a small fridge to cool drinking water. Just fine for one night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
