Great hotel with a fantastic view. We got upgraded to the highest floor as a Platinum Elite member. Nice view on Songdo Beach which is beautiful and less crowded than other beaches. lots of restaurants in the area. Reception was nice, room service is excellent. loved the lighting in the room. Service could have been better, we told front desk to decorate the room for a birthday but they missed it. Can hear neighbour sometimes.

Hotel has a great view of the beach. The hotel was mostly clean and new but our room had a musty smell and we had to sleep with the window cracked open to get fresh air in. We went in off-season (Nov) and so a lot of the places around the hotel were closed - there were almost no good restaurants close by. Song-do beach is not the most convenient location if you are visiting as a tourist (it takes a while to get to tourist destinations from here). Parking garage is automated valet - so you have to give your parking ticket and wait for 5 mins for the car to show up from the elevator.

The beach and location are excellent. The beach is less crowded, and the cable car worth riding. The staff were super friendly. The view is spectacular, especially from a higher floor. The room had some odd issues, including loudly gurgling pipes and some very angry arguing neighbors. So, a little high priced for room size. That said, service was really great and the breakfast certainly adequate. I do wish they had a water bottle filler, anywhere in the whole hotel, to reduce plastic waste and provide an adequate supply.

Everything was really awesome. The room is clean, perfect view of the sea. The breakfast was great. Every staff is very friendly n helpful and nice. Really enjoyed our stay. There is only 1 thing to take note, that is to help the guest to find the right taxi to the airport. The taxi that we got this morning to Busan Station was horrible. This sedan taxi driver quickly load our luggage (can only fit 1 luggage in his car trunk boot). 1 luggage in the front passenger seat. Then he boarded the car n left us to squeeze the rest of the luggage n baggages with us in the back passenger seat, with our winter jackets. He drove recklessly all the way the Busan station, he refused to help us unload the luggages from the trunk n front passenger seat. So we try to unload ourselves. And suddenly he jumped out of his car, slammed his car door, yelled n swore at us that we spoil his bumper with lots of people staring at us on the street. We tried to explained that he has loaded the luggage with the handle facing down, hence we were having a little trouble trying to unload it from the trunk. Instead of helping us, he continue to yell at us, more concerned about us damaging his car than quickly helping us resolve the issue. His action ruined our experience of Busan.

We were blown away by the ocean view upon entering our room. I fell asleep on the couch over looking the ocean for our first night. Hotel is centrally located to plenty of seafood restaurants. No complimentary breakfast for elite members.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
