This hotel is located at convenient place in Shangahi with just 5 mins walk to the metro. Around the hotel there are several supermarkets and restaurants. However I didn’t enjoy the setting of the hotel room as the entrance door directly opens to the bathroom. So when one is using the bathroom another can’t open the door to go out or come in. It became quite inconvenient for me and my family. But this will be an okay setting for a solo traveler. The hotel staff is kinda rude. When it is the check-out time they keep calling you until you come out of the room. It was quite annoying as you can’t properly check the room before coming out as you have to keep answering the phone. It seems they suspect their guests a lot specially when you have brown skin. Saying so i must say their breakfast is excellent with a Chinese plus and international blend. Thanks for the hospitality but I won’t stay again. You can find better places I suppose!!

50% of the service staff are not too polite, which is unusual for a brand under Marriott. The front desk reception and staff who bring your items from phone requests are always rude. I was asking where the pedestrian and food street is at Nanjing road, a staff just simply said Nanjing road and went off to serve other customers. A staff who brought up some cups to the room, repeatedly pressed the doorbell without waiting for a response at the room door. Then shoves the cups into my hand sideways as he walked away hastily. Service is lacking from some teams. Breakfast Service staff were good in contrast.

This place is perfect if you want a big and very comfortable room. Everything is clean and you have a breakfast with a lot of choice. Just the location is a bit far from the center of the city but it’s worth it.

we absolutely loved this hotel. the only peeve is there's no room view, if not i would give another star. it's a gem amongst the old neighbourhood beside the highway. totally lousy location but then we were shocked when we stepped inside. modern, clean, peaceful, friendly. good breakfast spread. room design totally cool, using mirrors partition to block the toilet. smart.

The hotel is located north of city center. It is located within residential area. There are three buildings that makes up the entire hotel. Rooms are very modern but rather small. Bed mattresses are softer than traditional hard Chinese mattresses.The breakfast is very good, both Chinese and western selections are offered. There is a subway, line 1, and it’s a five to ten minutes walk. The hotel is built parallel to the highway, but don’t worry, traffic sound will not affect your sleep at night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
