        The location is great. As a Lifetime Titanium member I requested a 2pm checkout. That was fine. Then I got a knock at the door at noon, a call from the front desk at 1pm to check out. The room is run down for sure. See photos. After one night my sinuses were blocked. This is a pet friendly hotel.

        I visited the hotel this past weekend for a staycation. The staff was nice the entire time that I was there. When I went to my room everything was clean, but the rooms are pretty outdated. The walls are super thin. That evening, I started to hear the couple next to me having sex so loud that I could hear over my air conditioning. I went to the front desk and asked for another room or just a refund. When I got to the second room, the door wouldn't open even after getting a green light from using my key card. Turns out, you have to jiggle the door handle up and down to see which way opens the door. Completely unacceptable! When I got into the room, everything was fine until it was time to take a shower. The main shower head did not work and the attachment barely worked. At this point, I was completely over it and thankful that I lived in the city. I ended up leaving the property that same night.

        Every hotel has its pros and cons, but wanted to give this one a shout-out for the sweet lady that prepares the breakfast every morning. I usually have to leave before 6am so I have never gotten any breakfast at the other Atlanta Marriott properties. This hotel is different. Even though the breakfast hours start after I leave, she always has everything out by 5:30am, minus a couple of cooked items. No one else does that and it means a lot to be able to grab something on the go. Thank you!!

        I had high expectations knowing we were going to a Fairfield inn and suites, and the customer service was wonderful. I wasn’t impressed once we got to the room. While it was clean, it was obviously old and a bit worn down. We enjoyed the warm breakfast crossiants at breakfast, but I wish they had more fresh options.

        I hate to give this hotel 2 stars, because the staff was absolutely awesome. The low rating is solely due to the "green" faucets in the bathroom that trickle water. Being responsible for the environment's sake is ok, but not to the point of wondering how much longer it will take to rinse the shampoo out of your hair--WHEN YOU'RE NEARLY BALD!!!!!! Change the faucets and I'll come back. Otherwise, I recommend everyone to steer clear of this place.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
