As a weary traveler ending a day filled with delays and cancellations, I needed a room close to PHL. I had a friendly face welcome me and understood what I went through. In addition to an easy check-in, I was asked if I needed anything else to assist my stay. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was quiet and I had an excellent night's rest. It's about a 20 dollar Uber ride from the airport and highly recommend the Fairfield Inn.

This was a decent hotel. The bed was very comfortable. We were next to the laundry area and could smell the dryer... like it was overheating. The door lock had to be jiggled a bit, but we managed. The complimentary breakfast was good.

When we reserved we said we would be checking in very late. They said the room was ready and everything was good. Showed up only to find out they overbooked and no room. The front desk clerk was very arrogant and rude. Sent us down the road to a different hotel where at least the front desk was cordial. Will not book with these guys again.

When checking in to this property we were greeted and made feel welcome by Jameelah. The check-in process was a breeze! When checking into the room it smelt and looked very nice. After using the toilet the bathroom fan was quite noisy, after washing my hands a drumming sound came from the sink, sounding like Jumanji. On the sheet a hair that about 5-6" long was apparent, the hair looked nothing like ours in colour and texture. The final problem with the room was the door latch as described to the front desk. Have stayed here before a few times. Seems alittle bit run down. Free breakfast not too bad. Best person there was the shutter driver who picked us up at 12:30am. Nicest guy ever, friendly and hadn't had a day off due to no help. Cheers to this guy. Wish I would have gotten his name!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
