        I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and on-site restaurant, added to the overall experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel for another memorable stay

        A great hotel in NYC. I was worried looking at all the reviews below, and unsure about this hotel. To my surprise this hotel exceeded my expectations. Front-desk: Everyone was super kind, the night shift, morning, afternoon employees all were polite and helpful. - I was checking in at 1am in the night and my 2x debit cards were not working due to European limits, the man was very understanding let me try multiple times, until a small amount for 1 night worked, let me sleep and then let me pay the next afternoon. - I did not have a universal charger, and a lady at the front-desk, kindly gave me a few spares the hotel stocks on my first day, this allowed me to have my phone and laptop ready for all my meetings. Room: The room was super clean, with fresh towels and room service everyday. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room cool with fresh air. I had a non-view floor, which meant i was staring at a concrete wall, but didn’t mind that as I was out and enjoying NYC the whole day. The furniture and equipment inside was very good (fridge, iron pad, hair dryer) and very good soap. They give free water bottles to guests too - I think I had over 8x! Location: This was one of the most convenient locations if you are working in finance and doing meetings downtown. I had 70% of my meetings uptown near Timessquare so I had to take the subway or taxi sometimes, but I did not mind doing so as the travel allowed me to see more of the city and in the evening come back downtown to enjoy the nightlife near the FDR, battery park, Soho, and financial centers. Food / Breakfast: The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast which is amazing! everyday you get fresh bagels, pancakes, eggs, turkey/bacon sausages, juices, and selection of yogurt and cheese. Definitely make use of this. Unfortunately the cutlery was plastic and the space downstairs is a little small, but I faced no problems as I focused on starting the day around 7am and after breakfast was ready for the day! Overall -> Great hotel! looks a bit old in terms of interiors and spacing of things (which can be upgraded), but otherwise everything works and go for this hotel without a doubt!!

        Room was very small, wardrobe very tiny, curtains very dirty, no place to keep my toiletry bag, no safe to keep my personal belongings, there was no access key cards for the elevators, so anybody could come in!😳 moreover, the breakfast area were just behind elevators, so when you passed by the elevators, there were chairs stacked on the top of tables making the room very unattractive. The positive side: Staff were very helpful and polite, Mattress very comfy and breakfast meal good but not excellent! I would suggest Marriott to revamped this hotel ASAP to increase customer satisfaction and to great reviews!

        Very old, shabby building. The staff at the reception desk wasn't the best as of friendliness, the few request I had, were accepted without a smile. The ladies who take care of the breakfast, on the contrary, were lovely, smiling and very kind. The room was clean but very small - there was barely the space to open our small suitcases - and so dark. But the worst thing was the AC system which was so noisy it woke me up every time it went on in the middle of the night. The only positive point was the shower, comfortably big and with a strong flow, and of course the position.

        I had a horrible experience at this hotel, and really hope Marriott can make the changes necessary to fix this location. In short if you don’t feel like reading on, do not book here. I checked into my hotel Thursday 9/21 at 11am my room wasn’t ready (totally fine) so I left my luggage and went to my conference. I came back at 11pm to get my key and they informed me my reservation was cancelled and the hotel was sold out?!? The manager claimed they had attempted to call and email me but they did not have my info on file. That can’t be true I’m a Bonvoy member and got all my confirmation emails. Fast toward to 11:30pm they finally found me a room, after also refusing to check other locations for me. My room was beyond tiny and trust me I stay in New York a-lot I know that’s the standard but this was next level small and it was absolutely filthy. I called to see if there was anything I could do to get a cleaner room. I was put on hold and eventually hung up because it was getting so late. At 3am I woke up to someone at my door, offering me new room keys. Beyond creepy as a single woman. Needless to say I woke up and left. They told me they would only charge me for 1/3 night stay. Come to find out they charged me for my 3 night stay plus a night! So at this point I have 4 nights worth of hotel rooms charged to my card. It’s also worth mentioning that this hotel is expensive. I paid $446 and it was absolutely foul and creepy. I ended up at a much nicer hotel for the same price. Marriott should really open and investigation on how this place is being run. Something isn’t adding up.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
