        Great location, located just a 5 minute walk from Madison Square Garden and 10 minutes to time square. The hotel was good, excellent staff and hospitality. Negatives: Room size is too small, with only a small cupboard that would not fit any clothes if staying for more than 3-4 days. The elevator is ridiculous, there are only two elevators that go up to the top floor (27 floors) and the wait time would be very long during busy hours, with the elevator stopping at almost every floor. Breakfast was okay although they need a bit more option, but lack of seating space during busy periods was annoying. Overall the hotel is good, but can certainly be better in the areas mentioned above.

        I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott for the third time, and as always, it was an amazing experience. This hotel has become my home away from home, and their exceptional service and attention to detail never cease to amaze me. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm welcome. What truly sets this Marriott apart is the personal touch they provide. It's evident that they value their guests as individuals, as they remembered my name and who I am, making me feel right at home. I was particularly impressed when the Manager, whose name I regrettably can't recall, went out of his way to check on me before I left. It's these small gestures that make all the difference and demonstrate the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Lana at the front desk deserves special recognition for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Every visit to this Marriott in New York feels like a treat, and it has become my go-to place to stay when I'm in the city.         Recently stayed here during my visit and was pleasantly surprised how nice all the staff was. From the front desk to the concierge, they were all super friendly and eager to please the guests. One manager in particular was also very friendly and said hi to everyone. They had free wine and apps from 5-6pm while we were there and that was super nice! Free breakfast had pretty good variety too. Only downside are the slow elevators, only 2 for the whole hotel and there was a day we waited almost 10 min. But all in all this hotel was very worth it for the area and made our NYC stay very pleasant!

        Very comfortable place with a great location and affordable prices. My room was great, with a big amazing bed and a nice view. The staff is very kind and helpful. I also loved the breakfast, with a variety of tasty food.

        A well-suited location for the theatre district, this inn was great from start to finish. Check in, despite being NYC marathon weekend, went well, and the staff was friendly and helpful despite appearing overwhelmed by the people and baggage drop off. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was great, with good water pressure and temperature control. Would recommend this spot, and stay here again in the future.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
