Nicely located, the mall is just few steps ahead. The view was amazing 🤩, it was snowing and we were at the 26th floor so I will let u imagine. The room was fairly clean, minimalist style, big … the breakfast was not bad, mostly Korean dishes… but that’s fine. The staff quickly responded to any of our needs. It was a short good stay. One thing I didn’t like though, is that there was no food after 10pm… that was such a turnoff for me. 🥹

WOW! From the snow kissed entrance, (beautiful to see after so long in the tropics) and wonderful greeting at the lobby this stay was faultless. The sense of class and touches throughout the property are the intangible that make a good hotel great. In particular a brief chat with the General Manager Mr.Franck Loison, gave a warm and familiar sense to this brief stay - as did the hot chocolate :) many thanks & I shall be back.

Just about everything was perfect! The building is impressive, our room was great, the food had an incredible range of cuisines presented as a buffet. The food was of very high quality. The breakfast experience was wonderful every day, and an evening family event for ten people was catered for flawlessly. What elevated the whole experience was the very attentive staff, so polite and helpful. The hotel is immediately adjacent to the Hyundai Seoul, a department store/mall complex that can be reached without going outside. That in turn adjoins the IFC Mall, so there is an enormous range of eating and shopping in a short distance. The one less-than perfect point is the tendency for the room temperature to be high by bedtime, and using the aircon at night seems to cause a stuffy nose which makes sleep difficult. Possibly the air is too dry. Apart from that the whole experience was outstanding, thoroughly recommended!

This hotel is truly unique! It may sound strange, but I was ready to stay and live there. I originally booked a room at another hotel, but due to a flight delay, the reservation was cancelled. Having arrived, I did not know where to stay, since I had no acquaintances. Then I met an employee of your hotel Hairmont Seoul who was hurrying to work. She was quite kind to me and helped me with my hotel reservation. The doorman was also kind and even kindly opened the door for me and helped me with my luggage. I usually wake up at night, but in this hotel Hairmont Seoul I felt very cozy and comfortable, not once during the week of my stay did I wake up at night! It was wonderful! It was easy for me, thanks to the kind workers. Jennifer, the hotel employee, was friendly to me throughout my stay. She is a valuable employee! As for the employee mentioned earlier, I thank her very much for her help. I don't know what I would do without her. She saved me in a place unfamiliar to me.Because of all this work, I failed to thank her and didn't ask her name, but still, "Girl with bob haircut, big eyes and wide smile, thank you very much."

Very well appointed, modern, almost new Hotel. Professional and helpful staff. Not a lot of English spoken. We enjoyed our stay mainly thanks to Jennifer, Exec Floor Manager, she's amazing. Located in the Banking district of Seoul. Next to Hyundai Seoul, upmarket shopping centre that adjoins IFC Mall, very good shopping!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
