I took My daughters on A universal studio Trip, I decided to stay in the action of Los Angeles, Fairmont Hotel was right in the center of the action everything else seemed so close and hassle free even in the busy city! We were welcomed with attendant valet and concierge for our Bags! We didn't have to lift a finger! Me used to being independent felt very safe in the staff there! The rooms were very modern! And we enjoyed the beautiful views from our balcony!!!!! We stayed for 3 nights ! And we wish the trip had not come to an end so soon! We felt so welcomed and comfortable ! Such a. Classy hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The lobby was elegantly decorated, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished.

This hotel is the best I have ever stayed at! Definitely worth the price for a safe and lovely stay in Los Angeles. The hotel was so clean and so nice. A huge plus was that it was walking distance from the Westfield Mall which was so awesome!

The room was great and the property was beautiful. There were also some really kind staff members. Considering this is a 5-star hotel I was really surprised to not receive housekeeping even once on a 3 night stay. This meant my coffee wasn’t refilled and I had to reuse towels. After requesting some items with the front desk, nobody ever showed up with them as they said they would over the phone. On top of that, there were obnoxiously loud protesters in the lobby that disturbed the peace for the entirety of my stay. I’m sure there are laws that protect protesters, but to allow them INSIDE the hotel property while making so much noise (drumming and screaming all day) is baffling to me. All things added up, this was a pretty awful stay and I’ll be looking elsewhere for future business visits.

The rooms were nicely clean, very comfortable, and the staff was fantastic . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for visiting.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
