What a beautiful and grand hotel! Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving and loved it. The rooms were gorgeous, very spacious and had the breathtaking views. It’s in a great location and the staff was polite and helpful. The pool and workout facilities were nice and the spa treatment was amazing. It was our favorite stop on our European vacation.

We have only just checked in but the sweet woman at the front desk required a positive review. Her name was Beverly & she has been phenomenal & very accommodating. I wish every concierge was as lovely as she was/is. She gave us the option of checking in early with our original room accommodations or because we booked with a platinum service we could wait a few hours for a lake view. We chose to wait & upon arrival back at the hotel our room wasn’t ready yet so she gave us 2 drink vouchers while we waited for our room. Bravo Beverly!

Such an amazing property and all teams made our stay! The room got was ultra lake view, spacious and well cleaned. We thank everyone for taking care of us and hosting us in such warm atmosphere.

From delectable pastries to savory brunch classics, each dish showcased the culinary expertise of the Fairmont Palace kitchen. Moreover, the service provided by our waiter, Jorge, elevated the entire experience. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for ensuring our satisfaction truly made the brunch memorable. Jorge's recommendations and timely service added a personal touch, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the meal. The brunch hall itself was a sight to behold — a beautiful setting that complemented the culinary excellence. The ambiance was sophisticated, creating a perfect backdrop for a leisurely and indulgent brunch experience.
