My family and I stayed here for a birthday weekend and loved it. The gold lounge was amazing and so welcoming, a great place to unwind after a busy day. The staff are amazing and the food is delicious. Never ending snacks in the lounge. Sam and Ambreet are so professional and personable, they remembered our names and our preferences when it came to coffee and food. They really made this trip exceptional. Overall the pacific rim is an amazing place to stay for everyone of all ages, there is something for everyone and many friendly faces to assist you in anyway. Five stars all the way.

We stayed here for a weekend for my daughter’s wedding. The rooms were clean, spacious with great views of the mountains. The rates were reasonable for this location. I enjoyed the willow stream spa. The food in the lobby lounge could use improvement but I suppose most guests come here for drinks. We also had a family brunch at the botanist restaurant on the second floor. The seating and decor was beautiful but the food was mediocre. We enjoyed our gathering nonetheless. The hotel is a nice destination for special occasions but some of the event areas could use a refresh.

Stayed here as a business traveler. Great service from front desk to in room. Winter nights in the out door heated pool and hot tub were fantastic. The rooms are reasonably tech forward including a tablet that can control everything in the room. Car service for trips in downtown Vancouver. Trendy lobby bar, chic clientele. Top 10 hotel experience in my lifetime.

I recently had the pleasure of staying and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism by the staff. The room was immaculate and spacious, with a comfortable bed that provided me with some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The view from my room was of the city cosmopolitan builds. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch. What truly sets apart, however, is its exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every aspect of my stay. In conclusion, my stay was a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking luxury accommodation with outstanding service. I look forward to my next stay at this exceptional establishment.

We have spent 4 nights in the hotel while visiting family. We arrived after 24 hours of travel at 3am to be greeted by the wonderful Gabriel who was so kind to our tired children. All the staff at the pool have also been great, especially the ones working when the bar was open. The hotel is very family friendly and we took advantage of the yummy room service on many occasions.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
