        By far a 5 star experience of the entirety of a hotel. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, modern, with a few English television options, plus the place was very clean and all of the staff was very on top of everything. Quick to service. Let’s not forget the nightly turndown service, wow! Very much appreciated them, especially our waiter in the mornings, Yunus Emre who was very attentive and friendly. Great hospitality and service! The breakfast was full of great options and you could even order omelettes to eggs Benedict. If there was another pandemic, put me up in this hotel! The only thing was the location. And this is totally subjective to anyone. To get to places like the hagia sofia, it can take awhile. You are however close to metro stations and the bus is always an option. But that isn’t really the hotels problem. Definitely would return here.

        I traveled a lot in my life but really really really I have never stayed in a hotel like Fairmont Quasar Istanbul.. I give this hotel more than a 5 stars. The suite and view is so beautiful. I loved the services and especially the concierge service by a great man called Ali Oguz. The man made our trip all in all a remarkable and memorable one. Thanks Ali from the bottom of our hearts.

        I stayed at Fairmont Quasar for my 1st stay in Istanbul and was fabulous. I booked a room with access to Business Lounge as I needed to work 2 days. A real 5 star, new and clean, fantastic service and delicious food. Heating and hot water worked very well, which is a must for the cold Turkish winters. Room was great, bed was very confortable and room service came several times every day to offer more water, coffee, teas and chocolates. Thank you Mr. Muhittin for taking care of us and our room with a big smile in the 11th floor. Breakfast was excellent - special mention to chef Mehmet (great chef!) and Yunus Emre and Mustafa prepared us a very good coffee. In general, awesome service in the buffet restaurant. The Lounge views and overall decoration was wonderful, a quiet place to work, where F&B are provided around the clock. Special mention to the Lounge staff, that offered very good Turkish wine, and to Mr. SEVEN!!! The manager of the lounge, who made my stay very enjoyable, great service in the lounge. He booked us the best table in Aila (the Michelin restaurant of the hotel) with chef attendance included. Also recommended us great Turkish wines. The lounge is great, service and views are top notch. Will come back again and the hotel is very much recommended.

        Excellent hotel fully in line with Fairmont standards. Location is very good for business. A little further from the popular sightseeing destinations. There are restaurants and local shops opposite across the road for most needs. The hotel itself provides excellent food with a Michelin starred restaurant. The daily breakfast buffet is varied and high quality, with local and international choices. The gym is one of the best I have seen. Very well equipped with weights and machines, and a separate section equipped with a pilates machine and a heavy bag. Rooms are of course very good, with great views across the city from the higher floors. Bathrooms are well appointed - modern but imparted with a subtle Türkiye flavour.

        It’s a really nice hotel. Everyone’s super nice. I went there to visit my cousin and stayed a night. The food is really good and they take care of everything you need. They even have an espresso machine in the rooms. Definitely a 5:) also location is great close to metro.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
