This hotel was like a Christmas wonderland, decked out with all the festive cheer you could imagine. It was absolutely breathtaking, I tell you! Now, let's talk about the rooms. They may be on the smaller side, but they still have a whole lot of charm. Cozy and comfortable, they make you feel right at home. Who needs a massive room anyway? The on-site bar was good. They whipped up some top-notch drinks. But here's the kicker—in case you're feeling a bit adventurous, just across the street is the Mark Bar. Trust me, You've got to check it out! All in all, this hotel was everything I hoped for and so much more. It delivered on all fronts and never left me wanting. So, don't pass up the opportunity to stay here—you won't be disappointed!

Another 5 Star experience during 4 days; always enjoy excellent concierge/customer service, elegant ambiance throughout hotel of a bygone era ... comfortable accommodations more than ample with terrific and timely room service ... a pleasure in every way. 11 of us who went to high school together spent a fabulous night at the Tonga Room. Going specifically to the Tonga Room 40+ years later was an experience I will cherish forever. The food was plentiful and so delicious. The service was better than ever. And the atmosphere was unique and engaging. I stayed in a suite for pre and post dinner parties. I took the family here to see the famous gingerbread house but it seemed so much smaller this year. Maybe because we came after Christmas? Before u could walk through it and now it's like shrunk. The kids still like the ambiance of the hotel. They have rooms with art work and a huge tree during the holidays. Most guests were friendly to the everyone. One day I will save to stay in their rooms.

Great service and staff! I had packed hastily and forgot some key items of personal grooming. Within minutes they accommodated my request and made me feel at home! Just pack your walking shoes, all the best parts of the city are within walking distance. Be prepared for hills!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
