I am half way through my stay here at Fairmont the Palm for a conference. The service I received has been outstanding. Mary met in an elevator and asked me what my plans were. I told her I was going to see a show at la Perle at 630. She said the traffic was bad and wanted to make sure I would make the show on time. She helped me book an Uber as the taxis were on shift change. .While I waited Elijah made every effort to get to know me and make me feel welcome and comfortable. Just a small example of the excellent customer service I have received so far. The catering for our conference is the best I have ever experienced. The room is better than I expected. The beach and pools are excellent. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Absolutely loved my experience here! It’s not the newest hotel on the Palm Jumeirah but the service was wonderful, the pool was huge, and the food was delicious! The staff here are amazing and very attentive to guests. The restaurants were wonderful! Only critique was that the buffet was not very good. The breakfast was always a solid start to the day but I would skip the buffet for lunch or dinner and eat at one of the restaurants. We also loved the free access to the beach and the easy access to the boardwalk! It made it so easy to explore. Definitely plan to come back.

The hotel is stunning with every amenity you can dream. Hospitality is above anywhere in the world. The food in all the restaurants and especially room service is top notch. This place is as close to perfect as you will find. We will definitely re-visit.

Just finished staying at the Fairmont for 5 days and absolutely loved it. Booked a sea view room and the views were just incredible. We were allowed early check in which was great as we landed in Dubai quite early and they also gave us a rollaway bed. Service was great at all times, kept restocking water for us which was a huge bonus especially with the heat. Hotel amenities were very good, swimming pools and a lovely beach right outside the hotel. You can even go for a lovely walk in the night outside which I would recommend. Also ate at Little Miss India which was lovely. Food was very good and would recommend. The gym had all the equipment we needed and there’s also a sports bar where live football is shown as well as a darts board where you can play. Can’t speak highly enough of this hotel and would come here again. Only downside is the location if most of your plans are in downtown Dubai as you would need to take an Uber or taxi quite a lot. The staff were also so kind and lovely.

Stunning luxury hotel located on the palm with superb views of the Dubai Marina skyline. Plenty of entertainment and dining options around the area. Hotel is located on the Palm West Beach strip which is quite a popular destination in the evening. The beach could use a few more sunbathing chairs as they fill up quickly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
