Well done! Every detail, from check in, facilities, room service to restaurant, was truly perfect, exactly what we were hoping for and more. Every single interaction with staff was top level (booking questions, check in, our restaurant server, the cleaning staff, in room dining). It must be a well-run place.

Went to try out the bar. The atmosphere is relaxed - there was live music which I found to be too loud when you have to shout at your partner. We ordered our drinks (a G&T and a « Grasshopper »). The bartender attempted his own version of a grasshopper and blew it! It was full of ice in a tall glass, out of proportion with the alcohol. We asked our server to take it back and gave him the recipe to share with the bartender. It took awhile -but it did come back much improved. I was very impressed on how professional the server was with us. He made it ALL RIGHT!

Fairmont Waterfront has become my home away from home every time I visit Vancouver, especially with the convenience of Harbour Air access from Victoria. The rooms here are consistently clean and well-maintained, offering a level of comfort that's hard to beat. But what truly sets this hotel apart are the awe-inspiring views it provides. Whether it's the stunning waterfront vistas or the city skyline, you're treated to a visual feast every morning. The staff at Fairmont Waterfront are some of the friendliest you'll encounter. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. The restaurant downstairs is a culinary delight, and I always make it a point to savor a meal there. The central location of the hotel is another major plus. It's the perfect starting point for a leisurely walk to the iconic Stanley Park, allowing you to soak in the natural beauty of Vancouver. Fairmont Waterfront is more than just a hotel; it's a haven of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. If you're looking for a top-notch stay in Vancouver, this is the place to be.

We have had the most amazing stay at the Fairmont Waterfront. Francois at the front desk was more than helpful and treated us to check us in early to a beautiful room. The service from everyone was extraordinary and special thanks to Alecia our wonderful server in the restaurant for breakfast. We hope we will be back very soon!!

The Fairmont Waterfront was a very short lay over. I arrived around 9pm and left at 4:30am for Vancouver Train Station. The check-in went quickly and efficiently. The check-out was the same but more friendly and both knowledgeable and professional. The room was very nice. Clean and nicely turned down. The Bell Staff were very friendly and professional.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
