What stood out really was the friendly and warm welcome from the resort staff. The resort has nice amenities too. We really appreciated the effort of the staff to surprise our daughter with a birthday set up on our room and they even gave her a mini cake and sang a happy birthday song during our brekfast buffet. We will definitely come back for a longer stay. Thank you so much!

The resort itself was very large, attractive and clean. The resort is gated, and there were security guards posted at every building entrance to call transportation - they were always very kind and it felt very safe. There's a large golf course in the middle, a beautiful beach at one end, and several restaurants and pools in-between. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The rooms were very spacious, clean and had very nice views. The only thing that I can see anyone disliking was the transport that is necessary to get around the resort. They're smaller vans, everyone climbs into the back, but the roads are narrow, bumpy and have a lot of curves, but we didn't mind. It was very clear that they spend a lot of time on the landscaping and general upkeep. The decor was also a little aged. Otherwise highly recommended!

Location is very good for us silent, the beach is very beautiful. Would be better if there would be restaurant and bar on the beach Service is equal to what you paid for, every one trying to do their best. For us there is only one problem that the walls of the rooms are like a paper. You can hear anything, next room or the corridor I’m sleeping with voice canceling headset and unfortunately we have 4 more nights

We stayed for Christmas with a group of eight including kids. Overall experience was OK — not more, not less. Very spacious grounds. A bit remote from the center of Boracay, but well-connected via shuttles. The guards are very good at their jobs. On the other hand, front desk and housekeeping staff seemed overwhelmed with number of guests. Room was made up very late and towels forgotten. Logistics cumbersome as hotel’s own shuttle suspended. Breakfast crowded and low-quality, while the rest of the food was better.

An amazing resort with top tier facilities, highly recommend to anyone who wants to be placed in a quieter area of Boracay. A bonus - it's a walking distance to local stores, Jollibee and SM. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful - best customer service you can ask for when your on vacation. Looking forward to coming back to the resort!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
