very disappointed, we planned to stay here on new year’s eve but decided to cancel as we found something closer to us. We cancelled by the time they said for free, yet still took £145 out of my friends bank account. Called them up and said they could not return the money, so paid £145 for nothing. Don’t stay here. Staff are poorly communicated and seems like they don’t know what they’re doing.

Great parking area so no issues with trying to find a space with my 3 night stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent bar area with some outside seating. Quiet room, i didn't hear a thing from the other guests or anything from the corridor at all during my stay. The room itself was clean, but it did smell slightly of damp and unfortunately the room finish was more then a little untidy which did let the room down somewhat. All in all, it was a fair price for the stay and i would consider staying again if i was travelling alone.

The room we had was definitely not a double room .the bed was small The bathroom was decent but small Not enough milk and only two towels No hand towels The bed was tiny! Staff were amazing though A bit noisy at night, the walls are paper thin unfortunately we were placed on the ground floor . Which after a very long day and an early start wasn't very good. Wouldn't stay here again . Not for the price we paid .

Very impressed with the bar/restaurant in this hotel. We had the Steak baguette and fish and chips. Both were freshly cooked and piping hot. The steak was extremely tender and came with a good portion of skinny fries. My partner is very fussy about his fish and chips and was very impressed with this. Although the fish does not look big it was very thick, the batter wasn't greasy and was very tasty. He was also very impressed with the mushy peas. Drinks were very reasonably priced with a large glass of cabernet sauvignon coming in at £5.00 Staff were efficient and friendly, and it was great to see Maisie who used to work in the Prestwich Social. I will definitely be back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
