Barely on our third day here and I must admit it's one of the better resorts on the Turkish Riviera. Great location, fantastic service with a smile, wonderful and varied food. Room is absolutely great, with a stunning view. The personnel really do their best to make you feel pampered.

This Hotel is not 5 stars. The quality of hospitality, food and drink is very poor, not varied, monotonous. The waiters are not trained, there are few of them. The rooms are nice, the yard and pool are well maintained.

Great hotel, great stuff, delicious food and tidy rooms. I travelled for one week and I arrived on the 22th of June, I left on the 29th of June. The best thing was the bar, witch was at the same floor as the reception. The barkeepers always had time for a short smalltalk. I always spent time at the bar in the evening. Also the restaurant was very nice, the food was very good. The best food was the Turkish food. Big thanks and greetings to Evren and Umutcan from the bar, you guys where the best.

We are very satisfied with our vacation in this hotel. The only thing we didn't like was that they didn't come to exchange 1 family deluxe room for 2 standard ones, and that there is no natural shade, as well as the fact that one night the music of the neighboring hotel "Concord" was too loud that the our baby really couldn't sleep. Also, there is no baby food which is minus for this hotel. They have to think about babies too. The rest, such as cleanliness, room, food and service is top!

Its was very stressful check-in we did and because of a mistake from the travel agency by not adding the second child they gave me a very small room and not safe for the kids with a big easy opening window. The kids pool doesn't have lifeguard not even the big pool. Spiders in the room with big sizes. The food was nice and service in the restaurant and bars was nice and the cleaning was good. But in general was a very stressful vacation
