Strange not being able to stand up in the bathroom and shower when I'm only 1m80 or so... Towel hanger would be useful as well. Luckily it was just for 1 night! Nice and friendly owner or manager, Pedro Filipe 😀

What can I say about this place without coming over like ..over excited..the location is amazing even though it is located on the very busy Belém street you can’t hear anything from your room …I assume this is one of Portugal strong skills …the houses are just amazingly isolated. The room were very very clean and the cleaning woman cleaned everyday …I just don’t know when as we never saw her. The room were also very spacey , what is very needed for us seen that we have a daughter of 2. Even though the service was great and Pedro was always answered our message…I still like an human contact and missed it. A reception was available from 12 o’clock till 18 o’clock ( to confirm ) . Overall, great place .

Great location around belem with easy access to museums and the Jerome monastery about a 3 minute walk away. Terrible communication from staff, water pressure and temperature fluctuations constantly. Good location with a nice room, but everything else is meh.

I had a lovely stay at Famous Crows. The location was perfect; most attractions in Belem are within walking distance, and if you want to get to the city center there's a tram stop and a train station nearby. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Air-conditioner worked very well. No complains :)

When we went in the room, the mold was everywhere on the walls. We were told that this was normal for the time of the year. When we wanted to talk to a manager or a receptionist, there was no one there. After 3 hours calling with booking, we eventually got our money back. I would definitely not recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
