Absolutely fantastic hotel- you have to stay here if you are in Santorini. The views are incredible, service is fantastic and the rooms are great. Highly recommend.

This hotel was amazing. We were highly impressed by the service. Dimos was there each day, assisted with our luggage, brought us an amazing breakfast and served us dinner all with a huge smile. He was so extremely kind. It is in the perfect location, right near plenty of restaurants, shops and gelaterias. You get an incredible view with the peace and tranquility of a cave. This was such a highlight of our trip. We hope to return soon!

The location was picture perfect room was amazing did not disappoint in anyway and excellently located close everything in Fira view from room of the sunset was breath taking The best part of the stay was the customer service with Demos carrying our heavy suitcases all the way from the transfer point to the room with ease and a smile on his face, what a gentleman. He also took care of all our catering needs once again with his brilliant level of care. Then to settle us in Stavroula was there to look after anything and everything nothing was a problem for her she was amazing

The location of this hotel was perfect and they hand delivered an amazing breakfast to us each morning. Rooms were clean and hot tub was a nice touch. However, the beds were pretty uncomfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
