The reception girl was very helpful, kind and attentive. Other than that, rooms don't have ac (which is actually advertised), it is not clean at all (dust, cobwebs and dead insects everywhere), there's lots of mosquitoes that you cannot find due to the colorful walls and the bed was damp and sticky. Spent two nights there and didn't really sleep.

The location is okay, a little away from the center but you just need a few minutes to get there (by Tram). The hostel in general was really nice, good and clean rooms. And the staff was the best, all of them were really friendly. If I ever visit Zagreb again I wouldn't definitely choose this hostel again.

Stayed there with my friends for couple of days. The hostel was in a great location with plenty of activities and stuff to do. Close enough to the center of Zagreb. As it's newly opened, the place is clean and well decorated. Kitchen and lounge area were great. Overall I would definitely recommend the hostel.

Great hostel and very friendly staff. They were very helpfull and they had the cutest dog ever. Rooms were clean and the airconditioning worked great. The atmosphere was good. If i had to find even one flaw it was that you couldn't hang up the shower head. Apart from that it was well worth the money and i would go back if i ever visit Zagreb again.

Great hostel, clean rooms with a large shared kitchen. Location is about ~5mins away from the city center (by tram), so not bad at all. The hostel staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the hostel to book if you plan on visiting Zagreb!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
