A small hotel in Marrakech in a perfect location closed to the main square. All the people that work there are amazing welcoming e very kind. They help you for everything, they speak English and French and are always able to treat you with all the kindness of the world. Rooms are ok, my bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served in the terrace and it’s very good for 3 euros. Prices are low. I really enjoyed to stay in this hotel and I want to come back. I want to thank my friend Azdine at the front door. See you soon

Honestly great value! This place is like one street away from the central square and yet it's so quiet. We used a shared bathroom and it was very clean and we never had to wait to use it. The rooms are basic, but nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was really good and the staff were supernice and helpful. They speak at least English, Spanish and French.

Good, clean accommodation. Stayed only one night and since our flight was early the next day the manager kindly left us a breakfast package we could take with us. We appreciated that. The communal bathrooms were clean and well kept during our stay. One drawback is that the soundproofing was not the best( that could be a common theme in similarly dated buildings so they probably can’t do much about it). Overall, a good stay at a good price!

Booked here last minute when I arrived a day earlier than my other Marrakech booking. Pros: great location, relatively easy to find, solid breakfast, cheap Cons: was quite noisy at night, no AC or fan (although you can book rooms with AC)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
