Location was quiet but very convenient. It's a walk from the station we got off of, but we figured out the bus pretty quick. The hotel breakfast was adequate but busy. Amenities are available in the lobby (toothbrush, razors, etc) and one thing I really liked was being able to screen cast to the TV.

It was great for rooms and location , but unfortunately not for parking lots . I can’t park my car at hotel because it was full , so staff recommended me some of other parking spots . In the end i need to park my car overnight at Ariake Garden Mall which cost me 10,000 yen !!! ( because all other parking spots were packed )

Everything is nice. 2 mins walk from Ariake Garden. New, clean, room size is alright. Breakfast is average .

The room was comfy but there’s no drinkable water (tap water tastes meh) inside. You won’t be able to use your tourist visa at the station near by because it’s a private rail line.

16/7/2023 : Front staff (Male) afternoon don't have service mind and impolite. The room is new and good. My recommand should change and train staff better. If don't change staff, should be to select other hotels.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
