I’ll be brutally honest with my review. Pros: - The location is fantastic, situated within 15’ walk to all the tourist spots. The neighbourhood is safe and full of great spots for tapas, drinks and nightlife. - Bed was super comfortable and spacious - Bathroom was clean and the water had high pressure - Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff Cons: - The sound insulation throughout the hostel is very bad. We could hear other guests’ conversations at night across different rooms. - Space in the room was a bit tight and only 4 hangers were provided for two guests so hanging our clothes was a bit of a struggle. - Our room was never serviced, even though we stayed for 4 nights. This was despite the fact that their own policies stated that the rooms are cleaned every three days. When we raised the issue with the manager, her response was that the cleaning staff did not have enough time as a lot of other guests had checked out on the day our room was supposed to be cleaned. This is simply unacceptable because when you pay nearly €100 per night, you at least expect a basic cleaning to be done like the bin to be emptied and the used towels to be taken away. We were not asking for a deep clean of the room. A basic service should always be provided even at a hostel, especially when your own policies state it. Overall, I would recommend this hostel for students or travellers on a budget but would avoid it if you are a light sleeper.

- Nice, quiet, chill hostel. 24h reception is great and reliable to help with any issues. - Room service was a pleasant surprise (found that my sheets were changed after coming back in later the third day) Actually the whole place is very clean so big thank you to the cleaning team! - My room was good, mostly quiet - loudest thing was roommates coming in/out and courtyard noise coming from window being open. Showers/bathrooms separate from room which is great to keep noise down. - One thing though - my room didn’t seem to have aircon (or it wasn’t cold enough) so we had to open the window for air circulation. I woke up very sweaty a couple of nights. 😖 bring light pajamas in case you have a similar issue. - Not easy to meet others here at the moment since they don’t have events Overall: good experience.

I had a great stay @ Far Home Atocha! Traveled solo, shared the room with 5 other ladies and made friends. The only downside was nervously climbing up and down from the top bunk but overall, I felt safe, satisfied with the location and cleanliness of the hostel. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

THE BEST HOSTEL!!!! I’ve been in countless hostels over the past 3 months, this is the best one PLUS it was tte least expensive. The staff are so nice and accommodating. If you take the breakfast, it seems to be open and you can take whatever you want (and how much you want too). They leave left over food after breakfast (croissants) which is nice for people who don’t pay for breakfast. It’s sooo clean and the place is very pretty and comfortable.

The hostel is located in a great zone, the staff is very nice, specially Edly, shout out to her! Everything is very clean, I have been in three rooms because I keep extending my stay and all the beds have been super comfortable, both in private rooms and dorms. The common areas are nice and you feel like hanging out there, specially the little patio. Overall it's been a great stay and I will come back whenever I am in Madrid

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
