I stayed in Faros hotel last August with a friend of mine. The staff was excellent and so welcoming. Rooms are a bit small but always cleaned and very comfortable. All what we needed was done. I was so happy to stay there & I plan to come back in August 2024 . Breakfast was not a big variety but it was ok for us.

The hotel is great. The manager and staff were very hospitable abd welcoming. They offer a great breakfast and the location if the hotel is very strategic. It is walking distance to Taksim Square and has mini supermarkets along the street. If you are traveling with family or friends this hotel is great.

It was disappointing! The family rooms are on the -1 floor with no lights, no view, etc. There's a nearby bar, and you can hear the music all night, making it hard to sleep. The bed sheets aren't changed daily; when we arrived, one was dirty. When I asked for a change, they gave me a clean sheet, and I had to change it myself. It was rude and irresponsible!

Staff are the rudest I’ve seen. It’s not a hotel but a motel! It’s dirty like the rooms were never cleaned and it smells like cat pee. The area is also not good at all. Don’t stay here and choose a better budget hotel to stay. Also, don’t believe the reviews from other websites and the pictures. The hotel is nothing like they describe and it isn’t a 4 star. It’s a 1 star tops. Avoid at any cost as the rude receptionist will treat you like garbage and I’m not the first one to give a review complaining about their attitude right at the check in. It was so bad I almost changed the hotel right away but decided to stay as it was late at night and im a female solo traveler .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
