So, after a tiring flight, such a warm welcome like at this hotel makes you feel relaxed. Easy detailed check in. Rooms are pretty comfy. Two easy accesses to Dubai Mall and facilities around the hotel makes the location good and very convenient, specially when travelling with a child like we were.

The location itself, situated in the heart of Dubai, exudes luxury and sophistication, setting the perfect tone for a business gathering. The event facilities were top-notch, with spacious meeting rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The attentive and professional staff ensured that everything ran smoothly, from registration to catering. Speaking of catering, the food and beverages served were exquisite, offering a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The culinary experience added an extra layer of enjoyment to the event. Moreover, the Dubai Mall's central location made it convenient for attendees, and the stunning views of the city's skyline were a bonus. Overall, the Address, Dubai Mall provided a business-class experience that exceeded my expectations. It's an excellent choice for hosting business events, combining convenience, elegance, and impeccable service.

The location is perfect and the hotel facilities are modern and updated. Service, however, is an utter disaster. I've been staying at the residences for about a couple of months now and have seen so many failures in service it's unbelievable. The last is that hot water broke down in my unit but because it happened on a weekend management told me that hot water cannot be fixed until Monday. The management of this facility is quite disappointing.

Great hotel with warm cozy atmosphere. The food was on another level. Room service was utterly exceptional. They also a complementary salad with the food. Amazing view. If you’re looking for a view with Burj Khalifa, the balcony must be on the west.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
