Just back from our vacation and stayed at 602 for 6 nights. One of the best service apartments ever. Rooms are suitable in size, affordable, clean and quiet. There are ample supplies and a mini kitchen. Everything is well maintained and clean. There is a convenient store just 3 minutes away, a can-do shop 5mins away, many eateries just mins away that closes around 10.30pm and the train station is just another 2 mins away. Will be back next year to stay for more days! Staff are always ready to help, kind and helpful, they are the best! Thank you to the staff for being so amazing to us!

Good place, we can pass the crossing thru a footbridge to the hotel entrance. I lived in 14th floor, the room is relative big. Youtube is available on TV. The view is awesome, both Skytree and Tokyo tower can be seen. By the way, bottle water is not included.

The room is pretty nice, and I like their bunk bed, so we can have our kid down there with some personal space up there. The location is good; a few minutes walk from the JR station. But nothing too much in that area, and it has two 7-11 there. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
