Went there got a very dark, old, hot & dusty room and cockroach was spotted. The dust was literally everywhere on the bed until it made my body and friend full of red rashes. The room phone was also broken which made me come down to the reception and wait 15 minutes the queue to report all of the above issue to Agus as the FO team leader. What Agus did was nice, it took less than 30 minutes for him to change it to the new room, which is colder, brighter, nicer & cleaner room. It was also a bit larger.

Good service, pretty much 3 star hotel style service. Quite strategic location The main problem of this hotel is the cockroaches, I've asked to be move from my first on 10th floor because of it and the new room that i've is no different at all🪳🪳 I hope the management take this pest problem more serously, kinda wonder how they got 3 star🫣

The place is clean and well-maintained, the breakfast is delicious, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable, the employees are nice and friendly, the rooms are always clean, it's easy to find food because in front of the hotel there are many selling on the roadside

We received a warm welcome from Agus, he speaks English pretty well and is always willing to help, for example with grab drivers. When we entered the room we saw that it wasn't clean at all. The curtains had weird spots in it. The shower had black tiles with many leftover of soap and white calcium ( I hope it is calcium) drops, I tried to clean myself with a small towel but, no success. The room also had cockroaches 🪳 🪳 and lots of them, we found a cockroach trap hidden in the same wall as the entrance door is. So the hotel knows that there are cockroaches. We only opened our suitcase when needed. Bed is comfortable and soft, but 2 separated matrasses.

The location is very strategies but I think the management of this hotel is not that good, because there is no person that wait the food bar when I went here. And I can hear the mosque's toa from waiting room and dining room. The dining room and waiting room is in the same place. There are billiard and mini soccer game, too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
