Room is tidy and clean, not the most comfortable budget hotel, but get to sleep. Sink didnt drain properly. But again didnt expect much from the price. It could be better

I recently booked a hotel room and requested a non-smoking room. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that all the non-smoking rooms were fully booked. Although I was initially disappointed, I accepted the smoking room they offered me. Upon entering the room, I noticed a slight lingering smell of smoke, but it didn't bother me too much at the time. Unfortunately, during the night, the smell of smoke became so strong that it woke me up from my sleep. The next day, I decided to request a room change, explaining the issue to the hotel staff. To my relief, they happily accommodated my request and promptly provided me with a non-smoking room. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of the non-smoking room was significantly better than the smoking room. It was meticulously cleaned and maintained, and the shower experience was also superior to the smoking room, as the sprinkler in the previous room was slightly broken. Despite the initial inconvenience, I must commend the hotel staff for their prompt and efficient handling of my request. They made sure that I had a more comfortable and enjoyable stay in the non-smoking room. Additionally, the hotel's location is quite strategic, with convenient access to popular fast-food chains such as McDonald's and KFC, among others. Overall, I had a positive experience at this hotel, despite the initial hiccup. The staff's willingness to address the issue promptly, coupled with the superior quality of the non-smoking room, contributed to a more pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to others based on its strategic location, the staff's responsiveness, and the overall positive experience I had during my stay.

I'm a fave hotel regular. Once a good branding hotel by archipelago group, my recent stay was really very very disappointed. Room not checked before guests arrival. Breakfast for the past 3 days of my stay was cold and staffs did not top up. Room was still dirty after room clean up, safe box faulty, TV channel faulty, WiFi connection stops without any reason. Calls to reception not picked up immediately. Overcrowding of cars parked making it difficult for cars to stop and drop off guest during heavy rain. security personal talking and smoking happily.Overall very dissatisfied.
