I stayed in a mix 6 beds dorm. The beds have a curtain for a bit of privacy and socket to recharge the phone and light. A shelf to put things could be useful. Lots of hangers available from reception. Location is very good, in a quiet alley, close to two good cafes. 10 minutes walk to the beach, but it is far from the more touristy area. Oh very convenient, it is so close to the airport. And you will be able to hear all the planes. Staffs very friendly and helpful. With excellent English. You can rent a scooter/motorbike. They can help you to organise tours. And wonderful rooftop to relax or look at sunrises and sunsets !!!

This place is not clean and the staff is not helpful at all. The owner of this place doesn't take care of this hostel and start to don't be healthy. -> All the walls are full of infiltrations, there are leaks everywhere ( in the room, in the common area, in the bathroom) -> The first night my bed was stinking a smell like the bed wasn't made (like sweat smell) Everyone in the dorm (so 5 people) were agree that the smell was very strong. I came to the reception and the receptionist told me ''it's the detergent smell" ??? I asked for new sheets, we came to a room where they store the clean sheets. Everything was a mess and dirty. He smelled everything and wasn't able to give me new sheets. I slept in dirty sheets -> The common areas could be great but always full of motorbikes, bikes and so much others stuffs so unfortunately you can't enjoy the common area -> All the common area were dirty, especially the kitchen. The bin was always full and no one changed it so all the garbages were falling on the ground I don't like writing bad review but this place doesn't deserve their good rates

Not enough free space nor in room (dorm) neither in common lounge/kitchen zone. Much noise of aircrafts flying frequently right above this place to/from airport nearby. Quite far from city center and touristic downtown at the eastern seaside part of Danang. Just not expensive and convenient to get in, if you arrive to the city by bus or train from north or west regions of Vietnam

There were a few mix ups due to the language barrier while we stayed there. I would use Google translate. If you can book a private or all female dorm I'd recommend that. When we were there we got unlucky and there was an extremely smelly traveler staying in the 6 person dorm with us. The price is really cheap, but we found the dorms a bit hot because you can't control the AC. Though they had curtains for privacy. There is a kitchen and a small library, however no AC in the common area so it was really hot. We stayed there in early June. We were supposed to stay for a week but left early, which was the best decision we made. This spot is probably fine for a night or 2 but if you can spend a bit more I'd go somewhere else. The street the hostel is on is actually pretty nice. There is a small playground and we're always children playing which is pretty adorable. There also a nice cafe across the street and a lady makes sandwiches out of her house but you have to go early in the morning.

It was too smelly in the room. It maybe due to other guests. But manegers didn't check the room conditions. So I couldn't sleep well due to the smell of the room. Not good memory over there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
