        unfortunately NOT what it looks like on the pictures! I have booked an Apartment of that company in Barcelona. I arrived at nighttime. They sent an agent for the keys (after 21:00 extra fee!). The Apartment was completely different from the pictures. They have several apartments and till the end they do not let you know, which of the Apartments you will get. A Roulette Game. Till now I have no money back. Booking was very helpful but they cannot do anything if the agency does not react. They do not keep their promises in terms of a refund. Moreover, they are very rude.

        The flight of my femailiy wat changed to earlier hour, I called them 5 times to confirm they can enter earlier. They confirmed but when family arrived they decided it. Horrible service, the guy with the keys has no idea what is going on.

        My wife and I had the most perfect holiday in Barcelona!! The apartment we chose on carrer de l’Amistat was everything we had hoped for and some!! Location - Perfect!! The team at Feelathome Apartments we fantastic!! Nothing was a problem. They’re service and assistance went beyond the call!! Definitely coming back here!

        Perfect apartment for vacation with kids. Close to metro, the beach and the local Rambla. We found great restaurants nearby and the kitchen in the apartment was well equipped to make breakfast. Would stay here again!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
