It's very much a perfect place for visiting one of the greatest places in the world. Stay @ Feelathome Mad is, like the name says, comfort of your own home placed in the center of almost everything, at walking distance to the great places of the great capital! Great place for families with special tranquility and yet in the heart of the vibrating city center.

Not the best service. We booked an apartment including a baby cot and asked twice for their confirmation that the baby cot would be there. Naturally the cot wasn't there when we arrived. We called to let the management know at 18, upon our arrival. They said they would bring it at 21. After waiting for half an hour past the agreed time we call again, they say we have to wait 20 more minutes. It still doesnt arrive and we get stuck in an absurd land irritating loop in which we call and are told to wait for 20 more minutes. Finally the cot arrived at 0.00, after who knows how many calls. We did get a reimbursement for the first night after much complaining. The apartment in itself was alright but the service has a lot to improve

Like other reviewers here, they cancelled my reservation 1 day before my family and I departed for Madrid. (Feb 2022) Prices for all hotels/flats had risen significantly, so I lost 100 EUR finding a replacement. It seems like they oversold their properties when prices were rising. Beware the financial risk of booking with Feelathome!

I had a 6 month short-stay in one of their apartments, and they were wonderful in every way possible. The people are kind, efficient, and quick to respond. They give GREAT customer service and have beautiful cozy apartments, equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this company and their apartments. They were my best renting experience I ever had in my 4 years of living in Madrid.

Really nice apartment we got. It was very clean and neat. The was great wifi the you could stream 2 or 3 4k videos. We had someone come round the day after we got there to explain how to work the appliances which was a bit over the top as there was a booklet explaining it asswell. There was more bathrooms than expected (2) which was really useful bas we had children so we didn't have to wait for them. Would highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
