        This serves as a good example of a hotel prioritizing short-term profits over providing exceptional customer service. I initially made a two-night reservation through an external travel agency, but my plans changed, and I needed to cancel the booking. Unfortunately, the hotel's terms and conditions were not clear, and I assumed I would receive a full refund. However, this was not the case, as they only agreed to refund the cost of the second night. Once I realized they would charge me in this manner and that I had canceled the booking without fully understanding their terms and conditions, I reached out to the travel agency. The agency then contacted the hotel to explain the situation, but the hotel showed no interest in rectifying the error and retaining my money. Moreover, it appeared that there was a pricing discrepancy, with the first night costing roughly eight times more than the second night. Consequently, their refund amounted to almost nothing compared to what I had originally paid. I have decided never to book a hotel from this chain again, and I intend to share my experience everywhere I can.

        I stayed here for 3 nights, Check-in in night was quick and easy, room big, clean. Staff was friendly and helpfull, Very close from apartment you have a Ventas metro station which can take you right to the center Sol, Callao, gran Via. Also the most important for me quick road to Bernabeu stadium. few shops and restaurants behind. Peacfull and quiet localisation

        First of all, I can't say that I was treated poorly. However, I think it is necessary to mention some things to improve. When checking in, I discovered some hygiene issues in the room, where there were traces of beard hair in the hand basin. Where dust and hair were visible to the naked eye on the floor of the apartment, small brown stains on the sheets, where there were several stains on the sofa, on the shower glass itself. Taking into account this surreal situation, to say the least, the following day I contacted reception in order to try to resolve the problem. For their part, I can only say that I was well attended to and the problem was promptly resolved, with a "cleaning", in theory, of the apartment and the corresponding change of sheets. However, the fact is that even after cleaning, the floor was still very fluffy and dirty, especially near the bed. Which meant I spent most of my time sneezing since I'm allergic to dust. I think that the problem is not implicitly related to the quality of the service provided because I have nothing to point out about that. But in relation to the mediocre and poor hygiene of the apartments, which seems to me to be below what is required for quality/price, especially since this apartment is located in an excellent location in the capital in all aspects.
