Don't look at the photos they show you, what you are going to find is this. Everything dirty, broken and in poor condition. It has been my worst booking experience in the last 15 years. There were nails on the floor, hair everywhere, the furniture in poor condition and dirty. Besides the fact that it has nothing to do with the photos, it is much smaller and shabbier. Very very unpleasant. We called to ask the owners for assistance and the girl was quite unpleasant, telling us that if the table seemed dirty, that we should clean it ourselves and that at most she could go up and sweep it. It all seems like a bit of a joke to me. Covid protocol? Yes, of course, they hadn't even swept... While we were waiting for assistance from Booking, about 3 hours since no one gave us a response and the owners did not respond, we wanted to make a coffee with the machine that was in the kitchen, and to our great surprise the 4 complimentary coffee capsules WERE WORN. Yes, as you read, worn out and put there as decoration. We spent hours waiting for help to see what to do and no one has bothered to call us or give us a solution and on top of that THEY HAVE CHARGED US FOR THE NIGHT. Everything really seems surreal to me, it's like if you order a lobster in a restaurant and they bring you a stone (or something worse) and make you pay for it because YOU HAVE ALREADY ORDERED IT. For €140 a night. We stayed in a 4-star hotel in the heart of Gran Via with breakfast included and it was cheaper. They ruined the few days of vacation we had and on top of that they charged us... Horrible, the only thing we have left is to stay comfortable here leaving the review. Listen to me, DON'T STAY IN THIS DING.

Excellent. Very good qualities in furniture and utensils. Very well equipped, state-of-the-art kitchen. The penthouse has a very large and clear terrace. I would only have one small drawback: there are two steps at the door that if they had a small ramp would be more comfortable for strollers and accessible for wheelchairs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
