Very good apartment room for a family stay. Very clean and cozy. Main bedroom bed was big!!! It was pity that we could only stay for overnight!!!! But there's a club next to the hovel, so it was kinda annoying at night. Hard to sleep. Apart from that, our stay here was very pleasent. A good location, too! Walking distance to major sightseeing spots!

Great location. Nicely done rooms. Basic amenities (like soap and lotion) and the kitchenette is good. Baby bad was good. True there is not much in the way of service or cleaning but that was okay for us. Parking in the area is expensive and nothing dedicated to the hotel. Roof top bar is beautiful but it's self service and over priced as food was not very good. I know most European hotels don't offer air conditioning but they really should have better ventilation in the rooms, especially bathroom. We had to keep the windows open as it was so stuffy and hot. Sadly the construction next door started around 6:30am both mornings we were here. It was very noisy and wasn't able to sleep since it gets far too hot when windows are closed. Fans would be recommended.

This is not a hotel! It's a hostel! Here's why. 1. There is no housekeeping service. It is cleaned once if you stay 4-6 days, and once if you stay more than a week. No towels until then. If you want a towel, you have to pay an extra 3 euros. 2. No professional concierge service. When I stayed here 3 years ago, I was impressed by the kindness and stayed again, but now a part-timer responds. When I checked in, I paid everything in advance and made a reservation, but it was absurd that I was asked to pay more than 500 euros. When I said I paid, then they agreed. Even if I ask about places to go around, they don't know anything, so they google like us. There is no cleaning service, so even when I ask for bloody pillowcases to be changed, they are stiff without saying sorry at all. 3. When I said that I would check in early because I was sick, they told me to fill the remaining 4 nights even if I was sick. 4. There is no direct lighting in the room, and it is very dark because it faces north and is surrounded by buildings. can't even read the book 5. Breakfast is not possible in the building, and if you want to eat breakfast, you have to go outside and find it. I ate breakfast at Felix's restaurant three years ago, but it's not open anymore. 6. The living room and room are separated, but there is only one trash can in the bathroom. 7. There are no slippers and gowns. 8. If you are in Dresden, book with Hyperion instead of here. There is a 24-hour concierge, daily cleaning, and even a sauna! 9. I booked a long-term stay with memories from 3 years ago, but I regret it now. Why did it change like this??!!!

We loved Felix from the moment we arrived till the day we left. It was clean, spacious, had great amenities and the location is awesome. It's my hometown and it was the first time I visited as a tourist. Staff was always very helpful and available. A telephone to call the reception would be great. The only reason for rating only 4/5 is wifi. Wifi is available but spotty, there are so many air gaps and we only had reception in our hall and bathroom. Wifi is crucial as a tourist with limited data, also if one has to work. That infrastructure needs to be fixed.

NO AIR CONDITIONING (in a heat wave...day temp 35°C) in "luxury 5* suites". Currently in one of them, while trying to sleep with all windows open. Even went to Saturnus across the street to buy a fan (ventilator). Yes, it was my mistake to think that in a 21st century an Air conditioning should be a standard, at least in a perfectly rated condominium. It really ruined my experience of Dresden in general, because the heat really gets to you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
