We had a lovely time staying here. Feliz went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, arranging a driver to pick us up at the airport, and sending suggestions of places to visit and eat nearby. We walked to the Colloseum. Recommend.

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Rome. Within walking distance of Roma Termini, the Colosseum, and many great restaurants. The room was very nice and clean, and our host was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The owner was very helpful as much as he could. I never met him in person. We only communicated through WhatsApp. He arranged for our transfers from the cruise ship port to the BnB and to the airport at the end of our stay. He was apologetic about the breaking down of the coffee machine in the common kitchen and the clogged shower drain connected to our rooms. He offered to buy me coffee to make up for the broken coffee machine and to cover the departure tax to make up for me having to scrambler to find a plunger to declog the flooded shower drain.

Really lovely place to stay for some nice hoiiday in Rome, just near Collosseo so you can get some nice walk exploring beautiful Rome. Highly recommended. Lovely place with lovely people.

A beautiful flat, very clean in a fantastic position in Rome. A very good service, Alberta and Francesco are very polite and fantastic person. A warm welcome from them and also I asked to have a late check out, and they was very available to help me in my needs. Next time in Rome, I will contact them for sure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
