We had an amazing stay here! The property is so nice and secluded. It’s a bit of a windy drive to get here but totally worth it. It’s close to the upper viewpoint of the main falls, so it’s a great way to start your day. Everyone at the property is so nice and accommodating (special shout-out to Dom & Tommy)! There are two cute kitties on site as well. Check-in was a breeze, and the food was delicious at the restaurant. The property is close to the auxiliary entrance to the park, so easy entrance/exit. We visited the park for 1.5 days. We were very sad to leave and would stay here again! Thank you for everything!

One of best, if not the best stays ever experienced. From the location, service, cuisine, cleanliness and interior design... Everything simply provided in highest standard and luxury feel. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Very nice cabin though simple. Great location: quiet with gardens and trails. Restaurante is very good with options for dinner and buffet breakfast. We had rainy weather: umbrellas available. Near Plitvice Lakes. Parking before entering and luggage delivered with cart.

For the price of 1.500 € for two nights in 5 Star Fenomen Plitvice accommodation (breakfast not included) there should not be mice in the houses (resulting with a lot of food ending up in trash) and water supply should not disappear in the middle of the stay, nor should one be threatened with 500€ downpayment charge without inquiry, evidence and/or damage sustained. Everything aforementioned happened. While attempting to close the massive wooden property gate (the sliding kind), it fell out from track. Luckily, it fell to the ground and not the car or worse – one of us. Housekeeper returned it into track, and it was fully functional, but we received an e-mail saying that our 500€ downpayment will be charged due to damaged gate. When asking for the house’s video surveillance footage to be reviewed to prove what happened, it was said that the footage will be available in two days’ time. So, we were being charged 500€ extra without evidence and without damage since footage wasn’t available yet and the gate was in place and fully functional. Although on site staff were really polite and helpful and 10% refund and a free breakfast was given, unfortunately that was not a 5 Star experience we expected.

Serene spot above the Lakes. Very peaceful and quiet- away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist trek. Rooms are very comfortable. Service was a bit variable but decent overall.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
