        Unfortunately, one of the worst hotels in Taksim area. We stayed at feronya hotel in the end of December 2023. Very bad experience. The rooms are old. The staff is not friendly. The receptionists not helpful at all. No security at the lobby anyone can enter the hotel. The camera's are not working. I got robbed footsteps from the hotel and when i asked to see the cameras, the receptionist said that they are not working. We asked for extra blanket because of the cold, but did not get any. The walls arw not soundproof. We could hear people watching tv in there rooms, flushing the toilet, walking in the halls. No variety at breakfast. Once again, 0 hospitality, the worst staff. There was a fire on the 2nd floor, they warned no one, they did not call anyone to come down to the lobby. No fire alarm! They left people in there rooms. We were on the 6th floor and eventually smelled the fire and went down to the lobby. No security measures! DO NOT RECOMMED!!!!!!!!!!!! for the same price you can find better!!

        Location was good. Staff were polite however some of them couldn't communicate in English. Furnitures and room were tacky. Considering their low price, breakfast was fairly good.

        It was truly a 10/10 hotel. Food, service, rooms, everything was as it should be. The employees were very attentive, when there was a problem they solved it immediately. I definitely recommend

        I had a wonderful experience at Feronya Hotel thanks to the exceptional service provided by Sonya, Murat, Zeynep-cagila, and Omer. Sonya ensured my room was always clean and well-stocked, while Murat and Zeynep-cagila were welcoming and efficient at the reception. Omer's assistance with my luggage was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and service.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
