Portugal is known for its hospitality, and we experienced this especially at this hotel. The rooms are modern, the bed very comfortable and above all everything is very clean. The breakfast buffet is also a real delight with lots of fresh and high-quality products. But the most outstanding thing is the service: the whole staff always went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We were here with a small child and everything was done for her too (crib, special breakfast requests, high chair, holding the door open for the stroller etc.). We travel a lot and spend about 30 nights a year in hotels. But we have rarely had such a great city hotel. We will definitely come back. Muito obrigado!

Excellent service, but the rooms are relatively small, especially the narrow space between the shower and toilet. The decor has a hint of a jokingly referred 'prison aesthetic.' However, the hotel boasts a prime location, situated near the main road and offering convenient access to various public transportation options.

Hotel is recently done. Doors and windows keep the room quiet which is a plus. This is a boutique hotel very similar to one you would find in NY. Small rooms. Absolutely no aIr conditioning in the common areas. This became an issue especially when you are at breakfast and there are easily 30 plus people in the same room with absolutely no ventilation. It was a terrible experience. The room air conditioner is controlled by the front desk so you have to wait for them to turn it on. They only give you one room key so they can save on electricity as you need to take your key with you. The shower was amazing but the drain stunk up the room that in combination of hot room, I became nauseous. The bed is not comfortable. The sheets are rough. The mattress had a plastic cover on it; we felt we were in a toddler bed. Location and the actual breakfast and decor are the only things going for this hotel. Instead of spending the money placing the logo everywhere they should provide air conditioning and take better care of the rooms for maintenance and better sleep experience where you don’t get up with back pains. Needless to say we will never stay here again.

Beautiful rooms with good space, nice shower and comfy bed. Only complaints sheets were kind of rough, common areas were super hot… butter and cheese were melting at breakfast. 😹 also breakfast was very basic and didn’t meet the price point of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great location. The front desk staff were helpful and kind. Leticia, who did breakfast when we were there, was so incredibly friendly and the food was excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
