I don’t understand what some people expect for the price. It was pretty clean, also no bugs like I read somewhere. The bed was comfortable, we got a thicker blanket on request. Good hotel with really nice staff. They even gave us our breakfast to go on request. Only complaint is bad wifi on our room and the shower not staying a constant temperature with bursts of hot water.

Great location around Poblacion makati,near bars and restaurants. Although customer service could be improved and the staff needs to be more friendly. Front desk is platonic with 0 friendliness attitude. Security guard is more friendly.

The worse by far for me is the breakfast especially considering I was in that hotel before covid and I can remember the nice little restaurant just next door that unfortunately disappear I wish I had that news ... as for the rest like a lot says already it's "ok" for the price u get what u pay for . Staff is nice . Room old but clean . But come on ... I repeat u just can't possibly send a breakfast like that to client ...

I would just say : I won't comment on any of the downsides of this hotel as the hospitality of the staff is incredible. This makes up for any flaws. Great extremely friendly staff. 👍 Especially the guard. If i would have a hotel in Manilla, I would hire him for sure. Great hospitality.

The guard there perform good service, help us on our baggage when we arrive and always opening/closing doors when we enter and leave. Hotel itself is average :)

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
