I had a wonderful time. The resort was like a little apartment. I was able to store and cook my own food. There was a balcony. The keyless entry was convenient. It was close to all the attractions and parks. Highway accessible fairly easy. It had a washer and dyer in the unit. It was just a wonderful experience. I could not give it enough stars....

I am an owner here and I cannot get anyone in member services to pick up the phone or even call me back. Spent an hour this morning on hold when I was number 1 in the queue. Left message Monday for call back option, today is Thursday and I am still waiting. Been an owner for about 14 years, been able to book a reservation about 4 times because it is never available

Pleasant stay. The rooms were surprisingly clean and the decorated nicely. Only issue was with accessing the doors when coming and going, but front desk handled it nicely and quickly.

Wasn't what was pictured it's small no view no access to shopping not in walking must have a car to get around... And there was no one to talk to about the room, very disappointed for me as well as my daughter grieving her 9 yr old son Bryson was hit & killed by a construction truck were from Ohio trying to console her loss by having a trip to relieve her sadness , wasn't worth the time to us! 🙏

Absolutely NOT. Firstly, the fact that there is no staff onsite is horrendous. No way to get extra towels or buy a drink or get any kind of help with anything. Second, I've never heard of a resort where you have to walk your own garbage through a huge entire parking lot to get to a dumpster-which was hard to open, just to get rid of trash. Next, there was no information posted about WiFi anywhere in the unit. So needless to say I had to place SEVERAL calls to a virtual front desk attendant to get help with practically everything, from the moment we arrived. Even just getting into the room was difficult. keyless entry wasn't working. I don't think elderly could stay at all bc of all of these reasons as well. Thank God the pool is nice. However definitely not returning. Some hotels provide better amenities and service than this. Shocked to even call this a resort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
